Shipping and Returns

Shipping Limits: We ship anywhere in the United States. Customers pay shipping charges on all orders.  This amount will be added into your total during the check out process. In stock items ship in one business day.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all of the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Other Shipping Options
The most economical way for us to ship is Fed Ex Ground, UPS or USPS, which takes
5 business days to reach the East Coast, and less time to the Midwest and West Coast, where we are located. We do not add a per item handling charge to the shipping charge. Customers pay shipping charges which reflect our real cost to ship the items. This amount will be added to your total during the check out process. Because our toys are made of solid hardwood (cherry, oak, maple, birch and walnut), they are heavy. For example, an eight car train weighs 19 pounds. Noah's Ark weighs 12 pounds.

Customer Guarantee

Our handmade toys are built to outlast plastic and mass produced toys. If you are not satisfied with the quality and workmanship of an item, please return it for a full refund. If you have a problem with any item after it has been played with, or lose a small part, contact us for information on repairs and replacements.

Returns Policy
We are proud of the quality of our handcrafted items and believe you will be happy with your purchase. However you may return an item in new condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. We will replace the item or issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please contact us if you need to return an item and do not have the packing slip so we can provide the information you will need. Please insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
